You may use Crayo AI Video Clips for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to create, distribute, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Use automated systems or bots to access the app

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Crayo AI Video Clips — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the app.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create or share using Crayo AI Video Clips. You represent that you have the rights to any media you upload and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our app uses artificial intelligence to generate and transform video content. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features of Crayo AI Video Clips require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. All sales are final — we do not provide refunds.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Crayo AI Video Clips is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crayo AI Video Clips and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms within the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
